OWNER, THERAPY, CLINICAL SUPERVISION

ANNA JENSEN

M.S.E.D., LIMHP, NCC

I bring a humorous, curious and open-minded approach to helping you progress through life's challenges. Many clients end up with me after years of trying talk therapy and reporting little to no results or feeling that they are “failing” to get better.

My approach to mental health treatment is holistic, collaborative, and neurophysiologically informed. I am trained in and use evidence-based treatment modalities such as EMDR, somatic experiencing, IFS, yoga, and mindfulness to shift and modify cognitions, physiological reactions, emotions, and help clients get "unstuck." This is an inside-out approach which changes a client’s functioning on a neurological and physiological level.

To schedule an appointment or discuss supervision or consulting, you can email Anna at: anna@bluewatercounselors.com.
